1. Photo ownership & your permission to use it
By uploading a photo to Suited., you confirm that:
- You own the photo, or you have the legal right and permission to use it;
- The photo shows you, or someone who has given you explicit permission to submit their likeness for processing.
We rely on your confirmation and do not independently verify photo ownership.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Suited. to:
- Process a photo of another person without their consent;
- Create, alter, or forge a photo intended to falsify or fraudulently represent a government-issued ID, passport, visa, or other official document;
- Generate results for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, decline to deliver a result, or withhold a refund if we reasonably suspect misuse of the service.
3. How long we keep your photos
Your uploaded photo and the generated result are processed to produce your output and are not stored on our servers after your result has been delivered to you in your browser. We do not keep a copy for our own records once your session ends. If a future version of Suited. adds order history or re-download links, any such storage will be limited to a clearly stated window (for example, 24 hours) and this page will be updated to reflect it.
4. Revisions, delivery time, and refunds
- Delivery: results are typically generated within 20–40 seconds of upload; complex photos or busy periods may take a bit longer.
- Revisions: if a generation attempt fails due to a technical error on our end, you may retry at no additional charge. Choosing a different background color, size, or style after a successful result counts as a new order.
- Refunds: you always see the exact, watermarked result before paying, and payment simply unlocks the same file without the watermark — nothing is regenerated. Because of this, purchases are generally final once the matching unwatermarked file has been made available. Duplicate charges, failed downloads, or a corrupted file will be corrected or refunded. If you were charged but no result was generated due to an error on our end, contact us for a refund.
5. Use of AI, and third-party processing
Suited. uses a third-party AI image-generation service to replace backgrounds and, depending on the option you choose, to render business-formal attire or a full business portrait. Your photo is sent to that third-party service solely to generate your result, and is subject to that provider's own data handling terms. We do not use your photo to train any AI model, ours or theirs.
6. We won't use your photo in our marketing without asking first
We will never use your uploaded photo or your generated result in advertising, marketing materials, or the example gallery on this site without your prior, explicit, opt-in consent. Any example images currently shown on this site are either used with the subject's direct permission or are licensed stock photography, credited where shown.
7. Governing law
Suited. provides the services described on this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
